What are the different types of seating options?
When attending a unique event at The Estate Camden, our ticketing options allow you to choose your preferred seating option within the venue.
Most of our ticketed events utilise the following seating structure:
- The Stalls: The Stalls is our premium seating option located in the front row of the venue, featuring elegant Victorian era lounges. With a maximum of just 12 places available, a seat in The Stalls is truly an up-close-and-personal experience.
- Dress Circle: The Dress Circle is the middle area of the event space. Seating in the Dress Circle is at banquet-style tables and chairs, with each table usually seating 8 people. Speak to us about securing a private table.
- Gallery: Gallery seats are high tables and chairs located around the perimeter of the space. Usually accommodating only 2 people per table, gallery seating is perfect for date night or an outing with a friend.
Is seating allocated at ticketed events?
Yes. Guests at our ticketed events are allocated seats in accordance with the ticket type that they have purchased.
On arrival at the venue you will be taken to your allocated seats by one of our friendly hosts.
Can I sit with my friends if we book separately?
Yes. When booking your tickets there is the option to let us know if you’d like to be seated with anyone that has booked separately. We endeavour to accommodate all requests as best we can.
Is there food & drink available to purchase?
Yes.
Food: Depending on the event that you are attending there are a number of ways that food is available at our events.
- Pre-order from our show day menu when purchasing your tickets or contact us to place your order in the lead up.
- Select a Dinner & Show ticket.
- VIP options available for some events that include private dining experiences.
- Dinner & Show tickets are currently available at selected events only.
- The event ticket is all-inclusive.
- Events such as Melbourne Cup, Christmas Casino and Murder at the Manor include entry to the event and food served to all guests during the event.
- Order from a limited menu on the day.
- Some events will have limited menu options (such as fries, wedges, arancini) available for purchase on the day. It is strongly recommended to pre-order or select a Dinner & Show option where available.
Beverages: Our retro Kombi bar is stocked with a selection of locally sourced premium beer, wine, cider and soft drinks.
The bar is operational for all performance (music and comedy) and themed events.
It is currently not operating during selected events such as historical tours and workshops.
How do I find out specific times & other details for an event?
Gate open and event start times are available on the individual event pages.
If you have purchased tickets to an event, you will receive an email in the week leading up to your event confirming times, arrival details and any other important information that you might need to know.
What is the venue setting like? Is it outdoors?
Our unique space is a fully enclosed, air-conditioned marquee. This allows us to create a comfortable environment for our guests to enjoy their experience.
In the cooler months, you might require extra layers for any time that you are outside the marquee such as arrival, departure and using the amenities (as they are located outside the marquee).
Are children able to attend the events?
Where appropriate, children are welcome to attend our events.

Are there disabled amenities available?
Unfortunately due to The Estate Camden being a historic and heritage listed 1880’s estate we DO NOT have any disabled amenities available.
