Learn the origin story behind this iconic 1880’s Camden home built by the Macarthur family.

Much mystery has always shrouded why such a grand residence would be built. For what purpose? And who was it built for?

It is these questions that we will unravel on your tour.

LUNCH & TOUR

Join us for LUNCH & TOUR on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 10am.

A LUNCH & TOUR ticket includes a guided historic tour of the iconic Estate and a selection of self-serve food options including:

    • sandwich platters
    • cake platters
    • fruit platters
    • tea & coffee station

TOUR ONLY

TOUR ONLY will be held on the 1st Thursday of the month at 10am.

A word from the owners…

Since becoming the proud new owners of this iconic property, our thirst for knowledge about this magnificent building has swept our minds away for countless hours, across many days and nights.

We found ourselves transported to another time – learning about the many colourful characters and being immersed in the lives of those that walked before us.

Our imagination can’t but help paint pictures of a kaleidoscope-like community – being formed so beautifully, but forever shifting with any slight movement.

Whether that be conquest, advancement, innovation, revenge, or betrayal. It appears the history of Dr Crookston’s Estate is immersed in it all!

As the adage goes, if only the walls could talk…
